The location of the hotel was very central, not far from international food and beverages outlets, cafes and convenient shop and pharmacy. It also was to opera house. The breakfast looked delicious and particularly nice with a good choice of options.

As a senior person, I greatly appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The elevators were spacious and easy to use, and there were handrails in the hallways and ramps at the entrance, making it comfortable for me to move around.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more attentive and proactive in addressing the needs and concerns of senior guests like myself.

The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops nearby, and it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended!
